Those 600 rooftops are scattered around 12 countries, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. The top safety concerns include…
- Ground issues,
- Damaged modules,
- Cross-mated connectors,
- Poor terminations, and
- Improperly assembled connectors
